Finally, the Bobster photochromic glasses are exactly what I was looking for. They look good, fit good, and go from clear to the right amount of tint perfectly.

Do what they say very well, 3/26/2007

I got tired of swapping riding glasses from clear to smoke or vice versa. I already knew from wearing RX eyewear that photochromatic lenses never get as dark as sunglasses. But then again sunglasses don’t get lighter either! When I got them and rode I was impressed. The smoke tint got plenty dark enough for me unless riding right into the sun. For normal riding and use they get enough you can’t see my eyes behind them. But the real advantage is at night when they don’t just get lighter, they turn CLEAR. Now that I have to wear glasses instead of contacts, I’m considering sending them in and getting the RX photochromatic lenses put in.

I’m very pleased with these sunglasses. They get light enough for night riding & dark enough for riding in the sunshine.
